Our new concert program is an attempt to creatively comprehend the new reality. By means of the language of music, the most abstract and therefore the most accurate, we will try to convey what we feel this Spring.

В программе выступления финских фольклорных коллективов и наш концерт – подарок музею ко Дню Калевалы.

On 1 February 2020, a concert, "The songs of Czechia, in memory of Bohuslav Martinů," was held at the Russian National Library, the venue for the accompanying
exhibition, "The phenomenon of Martinů".
We are especially grateful to the General Consulate of the Czech Republic in Saint Petersburg for help in organizing this event and to the Russian National Library
for serving as host.
It was a rewarding occasion to return to Czech choral music and to explore the life and music of Bohuslav Martinů, whose 130th Anniversary is celebrated this year.
The chorus is delighted to have been able to expand its repertoire with new works chosen for this special occasion. We were pleased to see our devoted public and also many new faces in the audience.
We are grateful to Pavel Lesnikov for the wonderful photographs and to Alexander Alexandrov for the video recording of the concert.
